Woman cop, kin booked for `robbery´ at grocery store

Nagpur: A woman constable posted at Mankapur police station has been booked, along with her mother and sister, for taking Rs50,000 from the cash counter of a grocery store on Saturday night, after a quarrel over alleged deduction of money from her account by the shop owner at Mankapur. Cops have registered a case of causing hurt while committing robbery against the trio following a complaint by shopkeeper Pushpendrasinh Pashupatinathsinh. However, even 24 hours after the incident, cops are yet to make any arrests in the matter.
